Hello, future fur-ever family! I’m Jaywalk, a 7-week-old bundle of joy, ready to smother you in kitty love. I was found in a pretty scary spot—right in the middle of the road—but luckily, I got rescued just in time! Now, I’m ready to trade that perilous path for a cozy spot in your heart and home.

I’m all black with a tiny white stripe down my belly. Don’t let my fluffy coat fool you; I’m not just a pretty face. I’m incredibly affectionate and love snuggling up close to my foster humans. When I’m not curled up on your lap or purring away, you’ll find me darting around in playful bursts of energy, chasing toys, and exploring every nook and cranny.

My playful nature and affectionate personality mean I’m always up for a game of chase or a cuddle session. I’m looking for a loving family who will appreciate my curiosity and zest for life. If you’re ready for a kitten who will bring endless joy, laughter, and a touch of daring to your life, then I just might be the perfect fit!

Jaywalk is FIV/FeLV negative and has had his first round of shots. The adoption fee includes neutering, and if the procedure isn’t performed prior to adoption, a certificate will be provided for the procedure to be performed by one of our local veterinarian partners. He would preferably be adopted with another young cat or kitten, or be adopted into a home with a playful kitty brother or sister. He is good with kids, but has not been tested with dogs.

Jaywalk is currently living in a foster home in Columbus, OH. Note that we are seeking an adopter that is located within Ohio. Applicants can also request to foster to adopt, meaning a cat can be fostered initially to determine if the applicant and pet are a good match before committing to adopt.
