My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Put Short Bio here:

Say Hello to the new Lady of the house, Phoebe. Her eyes give “gentle soul”, which she is, but her true personality is a spunky young girl full of life! She’s originally from Georgia and quickly adjusting to her new city life. She loves to eat and loves to play or cuddle with chew toys. I’d say she’s great with other dogs as she’s basically adopted the resident dog as her own. She’s a good learner who with patience and direction she will follow your lead, and when she thinks she’s made a “uh-oh” she’ll quickly fix it by jumping up and giving you hugs and kisses. All she wants is love, a whole lot of affection, and to be included. She would be great with an active family and a family with young children who will fall in love with her. So if you have lots of love to give or are looking for a different kinda love to welcome into your life and into the lives of your family members, come and meet Miss Phoebe. She will not disappoint.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
