George is a sweet and gentle giant. He's is 8.5 years old and weighs 106 pounds. George was found as a stray and even though he was microchipped, his previous owners didn't want him back.

George is sweet, friendly and affectionate. He thinks he's a lap dog and is in search of a good lap and couch he can hold down. George is goo's with other dogs, but is very timid and a little afraid at first. He would prefer a calmer dog such as himself, to just watch the days go by.

George is a typical Dane and wants to be as close to you as possible. He's a clinger and a big giant love. He walks nicely on a leash, he's housebroken, neutered, up to date on all vaccines and preventions and heartworm negative.

!! George was recently returned to us when he bit the granddaughter in the home when she bothered him while he slept. Although she had been told repeatedly not to, she did not listen. Therefore he is back and looking for a home with older children who will respect his boundaries while he is sleeping. George is a sweet and gentle soul looking for a loving retirement home
