My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Kazoo, the purr-fect kitten who is ready to hit all the right notes in your home! This little guy is as energetic as a lively melody and as affectionate as a soothing lullaby.

Kazoo is great at harmonizing with other cats and would thrive in a home where he can play and cuddle to the tune of a loving family. He's already litter box trained, neutered, and up to date on all his vaccinations, so he's ready to join your symphony of life!

More about this shelter

The SEK Humane Society was started in 1973 with a very small building housing only around 20 dogs and cats. Now because of wonderful donations we have a bigger building and are able to house 90-95 dogs and 35-40 cats. We are a non-profit and are run on donations and a few grants. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have a deep passion for the homeless animals in our area and work hard everyday to help better their lives and educate the public.
