My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Millie is a resilient and loving soul with a story that will tug at your heartstrings. Millie's journey began in the most heartbreaking way—she was found abandoned on the side of a highway with nothing but a bag of food, left to fend for herself. Thankfully, a dedicated group of compassionate women found her and slowly earned her trust, bringing her to safety and rescue.
When Millie first arrived, she was understandably fearful and hesitant. After all she's been through, we can't blame her for being wary of people, new situations, and even other animals. But with the love and patience of her foster family and the guidance of professional training, Millie has blossomed into the incredible dog she is today.
Now, Millie is a delightful companion who loves going for walks, exploring nature on hikes, playing fetch, and meeting new furry friends. She has made tremendous progress and continues to grow more confident every day. Millie is crate and house trained, making her a wonderful addition to any home.
At just two years old, Millie has a gentle, quiet demeanor and a heart full of love. Her absolute favorite pastime? Cuddling with her stuffed toys! She adores being around her foster mom and shows a special affinity for children, making her an ideal family pet.
Millie has triumphed over her past, and now she deserves a loving forever home where she can continue to thrive. With her adoption fee generously sponsored by a kind donor, Millie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and on parasite prevention.
