Miss Ellen is a perfect lady although she has a bit of a wild side. Her sweet face has beautiful, big eyes that observe everything you do. Often she will "help" with litterbox cleanup and sweeping. She may be a little shy at first but once she warms up she loves to be snuggled. She gives the best nose kisses and purrs in your ear. Then the wild side kicks in. She will get the zoomies and toss toys in the air. Sometimes she puts the toys in the water bowl and splashes them out. That is loads of fun! The more toys, the better as far as Ellen is concerned. She will be a great companion for life.
Becky and Ellen have struggled with mild upper respiratory symptoms that come and go and they just can't fully shake. This could be feline herpes virus or just generally not the storngest immune systems and may improve as they grow but also may not.
Get $50 off a pair of kittens. Meet Ellen and Becky by completing an application online to schedule a meet and greet. All cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative.
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
