Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scooby Dooby doo, where are you? We got some work to do! We all have probably heard of his story, running around the town for quite some time and having a rough time finding where he belongs. However, since coming to our care, Scooby Doo here has become a favorite for everyone here at the shelter. His super cute face will have you melting over it! He is a very fun guy with lots to say about his life. Meaning he is a very vocal pup, just looking for someone to hear his opinions on everything! Now he isn’t too fond of hunting for monsters as he is a bit skittish of the world around him still, but is very attentive with the person he trusts. He is a cuddler for sure, just digging that big head and floppy ears into any open spot he can on you. Now the only other thing is he can be a bit of an escape artist, probably learning from all the monsters he hunted! So a secure yard and some training will get the guy shaped up into the best version he can be. So if your Mystery Machine is missing a partner, come meet Scooby today!

We ask you fill out an application. We review that application and a decision is made about adoption. Once you are approved, we will process an adoption and you may take your pet home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals. We are grateful for the opportunity to be able to work with you in choosing a new pet.

All Adoptable Animals Are:
*seen by our veterinarian *spayed or neutered
*up to date on their vaccinations *microchipped

In Order to Adopt You Must:
* be 18 years of age or older * be able to provide proof of home owner ship
*if renting, have consent of your landlord *provide vaccines on current animals

Some General Adoption Guidelines for You to Keep in Mind:
• We do NOT do adoptions as gifts.
• Dog adopters: If you own another dog you may be required to do a ‘meet and greet’ between your dog and the dog you are interested in adopting. You must provide proof of vaccines. Meet and Greets can be scheduled at any time and take place here at the shelter. Ask the staff member assisting you with your adoption for more information on the ‘meet and greet’ process.
• In the unfortunate event that your chosen animal does not work for your family, we encourage you to return the animal. We DO NOT issue refunds, however we will work with you to find an animal that is more suitable for your family or situation.

Finally, please know that we reserve the right to refuse any adoption. Please understand that we strive to make the best match for both the animal and the potential adopters.
