Sparkler (Sparky to his friends) is an 8'ish-year old, 15-pound Bichon. Sparky is looking for a forever home with his best girl, Starla.
Sparky is a charming little fellow who is adjusting quite well to life outside the puppy mill. He loves to play with toys and other dogs. He zips around the yard with such exuberance. He will throw himself into his foster mom's lap for snuggles when the mood strikes. Foster mom now understands why people love Bichons so much.
Sparky and Starla clearly adore each other and enjoy playing together (Check out a cute video of them here)! They take a little bit to warm up to new people, but when they do, it is all goodness! Their ideal home is in the suburbs with a securely fenced yard. They both do well with other dogs. Having another dog in their forever home would be a bonus! Children make them nervous, so teenagers and older is preferred.
Sparky is in good health! He is missing all of his teeth, so his tongue hangs out to the left of his mouth. No worries - he still eats kibble. He is darling!!! To learn more about Starla and Sparkler, please email adoptme@cockerspanielrescue.com.
