To start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html

Should our adoption coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss it with you.

Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ('Feline Immunodeficiency Virus') and FeLV (Feline Leukemia).

Perry is such a special kitty. His life started out rough and I think that made him so gentle and kind. He is always looking for attention and he has no problem hopping into your lap and looking up at you with those adoring eyes. He loves gently and he plays gently. Such a good little boy.

Perry does play like any other kitty. He has his moments of zoomies and craziness but he always reverts back to a loving gentle soul who will steal your heart with his soulful eyes.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Complete our no-obligation Adoption Application, which will be sent to our Adoption Coordinator for review.

2.
Interview

A HOM volunteer will reach out to you to discuss your application within 24-48 hours after an application has been submitted.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If approved, you sign a HOM Adoption Contract where you agree to provide a safe healthy environment & yearly wellness visits from your vet

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption Fees: Kittens up to six months $125 or 2 for $200 Kittens over six months $100 or 2 for $250 Cats one year or older $50

Additional adoption info

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, 1st vaccination, worming, and testing for FIV and Feline leukemia virus (FeLV).

To prepare our fosters for their forever homes, we nurture and socialize them in safe, loving environments. Provide time to heal along with needed medical services if necessary.
