Luisa is a shy, sweet girl who is curious about the world around her. While she's still fearful of new people and places, she's making progress with building trust. She likes to watch the staff from afar as they feed and clean her room. Luisa loves the company of other dogs and has learned from watching their social cues. She also loves relaxing on cozy beds. Luisa is looking for a quiet home who can offer her time, patience, and routine. While Luisa likes to watch and coexist around humans, but she's not ready to be touched or handled. She's looking for a home with a securely fenced yard since she does not yet walk on leash.
