CHEZA

Cheza is a beautiful 4 year old female. She is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, heartworm negative and weighs 72 lbs .

Cheza is good with other dogs her size, dog savvy cats, people and kids. Cheza is housebroken, knows "sit" "down" and "come". She is active and likes to play hard. She will jump up on people when she plays and can knock down small children but does settle down quickly.

Cheza walks on leash but needs help with her leash manners. She enjoys playing fetch with the tennis ball but this sweet beauty would rather play "keep away" instead of returning the ball. Cheza is a happy girl and enjoys her nylabones and benebonez. Cheza will do best with an experienced GSD owner who is committed to continue training and setting boundaries.

We require an application. References are checked and a home visit is performed. Placement Director contacts the applicant and discusses the dogs in our program. There will be two meetings between the potential adoptive family and the dog before final transfer. We require a $400.00 adoption fee for Adult Dogs and a $450.00 adoption fee for puppies. This fee covers vaccines, labwork, microchip, and spay/neuter.

Sauver Des Chiens German Shepherd Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer, foster-based 501(c)3 organization based in Texas. At this time we service Texas and Louisiana. Our passion and our mission is to rescue neglected, unwanted, and abused German Shepherd and Large Paw Dogs with the goal of finding them a new permanent and loving home. All dogs receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt. These dogs come from stressful circumstances and are give a few weeks to de-compress before being offered for adoption.
