For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
She was found as a stray. She was microchipped, but the owner's information is no longer current and no one claimed her. Maila is up to date on vaccines, negative for heartworm disease and she is already spayed. She is a 30 lbs mixed breed (maybe some Italian Greyhound)
She's the sweetest girl ever. She loves belly rubs! She knows no boundaries (but is learning personal space) and LOVES being in your lap & giving kisses. She does amazing in her kennel & is completely potty trained. She did not know how to walk on a leash when I first got her but she's learned very quickly & is doing so well! She is energetic in all the best ways but loves to sleep while you hold her. She does amazing getting baths. She clings close to your side in scary situations. Maila now knows come, down, lay, & is learned to sit on command. She's great with other dogs & cats and seems very interested in children from afar. She will be the perfect companion for a loving family!
