Foster cat's bio for their adoption profile: Hello, My name is Oh Dear! I lived my first few months outdoors, so I was pretty shy around people at first. After less than two weeks indoors, I have really come out of my shell! Food was the way to my heart and now I'm the first one to greet you at the door. I will gladly exchange purrs and cuddles for a meat tube. I have also learned that people are really fun to play with. My new favourite thing to do is chase around a feather wand. Boy can I jump! My foster mom says I have the cutest white boots she's ever seen. Oh, and I learned to use my litter box and scratching post right away, so I'm definitely ready to find my forever home. I look forward to meeting you and becoming your new best friend!
Any special needs or traits the adopter should know about? (we may add this to the bio): I am still getting used to people, so the slower I'm approached the better. I like quiet, gentle hands to pet me.

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
