AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION - LAYCEE
BREED - Rat Terrier
SIZE - About 10 pounds
AGE -3 years
GENDER - Female
MEDICAL CONCERNS - None known
BEHAVIOR CONCERNS - None known
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS - Laycee is a precious little girl who came to us recently from our favorite WV shelter partner. Though we know nothing of her past we can predict that she will have an amazing future of snuggles and adventure with a loving adopter. Laycee is in good health, spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and has tested negative for heartworms. We would love to find her a home with a private, securely fenced yard for safe play and exercise, and with an adopter who likes to exercise and play. Fully grown at just over 10 pounds, she is a perfect size for most homes. A home without both larger pets and small children is required. Don't miss the opportunity to meet this special gal!
Our adoption process starts with your email to carerescue@aol.com or Adopt a Pet inquiry. After we receive it, we will email you our prescreening questionnaire. Your answers will help us determine that your home and lifestyle matches the needs of both Jaycee and our adoption criteria. Once determined, we will set up a private meeting with you and your family to meet Jaycee at a park near our private kennel just east of Richmond. After meeting the her and determining that she matches your preferences for a pet, we will accept your application. A home visit by one of our trained volunteers is required for all adoptions, and we will speak with your vet to ensure that you are a responsible pet owner. More information on our website at www.carerva.com.
