Tabasco is a cute 10-week old female kitten who was brought to the HSOV on July 28, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found her on Short Street in Marietta Ohio along with her mother (Pepperoncini) and her two siblings (Habanero and Jalapeno).
Tabasco has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, a brown velvet nose, a splash of white her muzzle, and long white whiskers.
Tabasco and her siblings are nearly identical twins, so thankfully our HSOV Kennel techs gave them each a uniquely-colored kitten collar in order to tell them apart at a glance. Tabasco is wearing a red collar.
These youngsters (and their mother Pepperoncini) were still working on their social skills when these photos were taken on August 11th.
Tabasco was given vaccinations and wormer on July 28, 2024.
Tabasco was taken to a spay/neuter clinic to be spayed on August 20, 2024 but did not undergo surgery because she was diagnosed with pulmonary edema. She weighed 2.4 lbs that day.
Hopefully Tabasco will be healthy soon and can be spayed (tentatively) on September 17th.
