We'll have a ball if you have a ball. That's probably my most favorite toy. I'm always grinning and ready for play, walks and snuggles. Butterscotch coat, white booties and cute floppy ears. It's all there for you waiting for your love. I walk easy and calm on leash. Come on in and see my wags and wiggles when I meet you.

Team Member notes: Stunning, strong & saavy! Scarlette loves to play ball. She would probably do best with a hooman who knows her potential as a great, forever bestie & shares a similar energy level.

Another team member brags, "I found her easy to harness, wags tail nonstop, very sweet and responsive (checks in with you constantly), found a ball in the dog run and played with it by herself, loves to carry ball, stays by your side in dog park but will run after ball, looks fit & healthy, coat is beautiful color, reacts in a friendly way to other dogs, i.e. doesn't bark or respond with aggression."

Adoptions are completed on a first come, first served basis. Please note there may be a wait to meet with a pet, dependent on advisor availability.

Please allow plenty of time to meet your perfect pet. Once you have selected a pet, the adoption process will take at least 30 minutes. We do not begin the adoption process after 5:30 pm.

Animal Humane New Mexico performs a background check on all adopters & does not adopt to anyone who has committed a violent crime. We reserve the right to refuse an adoption for any reason.

Please note, visitors must wear their mask indoors at all Animal Humane locations.
