My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daphne!

Daphne is a gentle spirit who has overcome a lot to be where she is today. She has been adjusting beautifully to her new environment. Though she started out shy and reserved, Daphne's sweet personality is shining through more each day.

This timid girl thrives on positive reinforcement and does well on a leash and in her crate. She is also house trained. Daphne is learning to trust, and every day she becomes more affectionate, enjoying pets and showing off her playful side. She's a big fan of rolling in the grass and soaking up the sun, and she absolutely adores treats-cheese whiz is her favorite!

Daphne is great with new people as long as they take things slow and respect her boundaries. She's excellent at communicating when she needs space, making her a wonderful companion for someone who understands her needs.

Daphne is looking for a loving home where she can continue to blossom. If you're ready to provide the gentle care and love she deserves, Daphne could be the perfect addition to your family.

Additional adoption info

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
