INDOOR ONLY HOMES, PLEASE!

Pantoufle was rescued from a park in Lake Forest and lucky to survive with coyotes nearby.

Pantoufle is an absolutely gorgeous girl with striking markings! She's as sweet and soft as they come too.

She loves attention and petting. She gets excited when you pass by her bunny bungalow in hopes that you will acknowledge her.

She is friendly, submissive, gentle and kind.

She would probably like a husbun if you have a neutered male rabbit needing a friend.

Pantoufle should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as her home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment.

Pantoufle can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.

PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!

If you are seeking a rabbit as a companion for your existing rabbit, your rabbit should be spayed/neutered. Male/female bondings are usually recommended.
