My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nacho is an affectionate, curious, and playful kitten boy, who is about 4 months old. He is reserved at first when meeting new people, but once he becomes familiar with someone, he is very affectionate. He enjoys sitting on his foster parents’ laps, receiving pets, and taking long afternoon naps. Nacho is very food motivated. He loves toys, especially his mouse and rainbow wand toys.

Nacho is bonded with his brother, Navajo, his favorite playmate. He loves cuddling with Navajo and grooming him. It’s easy to tell the two apart because Nacho has a very distinguished mustache.

Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. Brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! Adoption qualifications are reviewed and discussed with potential adopter.

Meet the Pet

Approved adopters can meet our cats and kittens in their foster homes. Anyone can meet our cats at one of our bi-monthly adoption events.

Interview

Evaluate the match of pet & adopter

We accept cash & check. Credit/debit cards are accepted at adoption events.

Take the Pet Home

All of our cats and kittens must go home in a sturdy pet carrier.

Feral Fixers is dedicated to the Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) of feral cats within DuPage county. As part of our mission, we also rescue friendly cats and kittens that have been abandoned outside. We socialize and provide medical care to these kitties in our foster homes, and then make them available for adoption.
