Tuppence: black/silver striped tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 4/18/24, #19331 Florin: black/silver swirled tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 4/18/24, #19332
Cats: siblings best, must have friend! Dogs: unknown Children: gentle older kids
Tuppence and Florin were abandoned in a crate outside a vet's office. Their small bodies were overwhelmed with fleas and they were severely anemic, requiring lots of TLC even after the blood-sucking parasites were removed as they slowly recuperated. Now they are healthy bouncy kittens who are ready to charm you!
Because of the striking silver sported by these kittens, they have been named for vintage coins! The boys love to romp and wrestle with each other, chase their toys to the perimeter of a room, and when tuckered out they sprawl out for a snooze on the floor, a cat tree, or on you. They pile onto their foster mom with happy purrs and are such sweet and loving little lads. ---Tuppence is a ready snuggler who parks himself up near your neck and face and is usually one of the first to greet you when you come through the door. He's also an explorer who will be the first to dive behind the cushions on the couch. Tuppy is bonkers about wand toys and doesn't know when to stop playing, so you'll need to be mindful for him. He's often twining around your feet and looking up at you when you walk around. He's got the most silver... just look at that belly! ---Florin is the smallest with an earnest little pointed face and a way of gazing into your eyes that melts your heart. Florin is so happy to get attention that he can sometimes give little love nibbles when he's excited, so it's good to have a toy handy for redirecting at those times. He likes trackballs and is the champion of chasing ping pong balls around the house. Florin has a giant purr in his pint-sized body and loves to tuck himself into your lap.
The boys adore each other and would dearly love to stay together forever. If that's not in the cards, they each must have a welcoming feline playmate. Dogs are an unknown. They would likely be okay with older gentle kids past the toddler age once they get a chance to know their new friends.
The coin kittens are gorgeous inside and out. Will they shine in your home?
