Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Shilling and Guinea, along with their brothers, were abandoned in a crate outside a vet's office. Their small bodies were overwhelmed with fleas and they were severely anemic, requiring lots of TLC even after the blood-sucking parasites were removed as they slowly recuperated. Now they are healthy bouncy kittens who are ready to charm you!
Because of the striking silver and soft gold colors sported by these kittens, they have been named for vintage coins! The boys love to romp and wrestle with each other, chase their toys to the perimeter of a room, and when tuckered out they sprawl out for a snooze on the floor, a cat tree, or on you. They pile onto their foster mom with happy purrs and are such sweet loving lads. ---Shilling has an ongoing case of FOMO: while he's cautious about taking the lead and prefers to be the one to decide to initiate interactions, when he hears his brother purring he can't resist getting in the middle of the cuddle pile on you. And once Shilling has his own motor going, he is a HUGE snugglebug, especially at night when he gets downright demanding and will practically melt over your lap and chest. He has the cutest little trill-meow that he revs up when he's happy: each time your hand runs down his body in a pet while he's purring, he'll say "prrmmp!" ---Guinea is a laid-back boy who heads to you for cuddles and kisses all the time; he is a very floppy cuddler with a hearty purr and frequently flips onto his back to sprawl---you can carry him like a baby. Guinea is obsessed with his foster's hair and we suggest keeping a big kicker toy in reach to distract him when he starts wrestling your hand or leg... you're part of the furniture, and sometimes the furniture gets wrestled. His gold eyes shine like his namesake coin in the sunlight. ---Shilling relies on his brothers, especially Guinea, and needs his confidence to lead the way. Shilling and Guinea MUST be adopted together.
The boys adore each other and would likely enjoy other cats once introduced. Dogs are an unknown. A calmer home with adults or cat-savvy tweens and up would be best.
