Lovo is an adorable, cuddly blockhead filled with sweetness and happy tail wags. His foster family nicknamed him Tuna because he likes to swim through pillows and throw blankets to find his perfect spot on the couch. Lovo's favorite pastimes are playing with toys and cuddling with his humans to get scratches on his big head. They reported that they didn't crate him and were able to leave him alone unsupervised while they went out. He enjoys cuddling on the couch with his people, but understood he wasn't allowed on the bed and happily slept in a dog bed next to the human bed. He's fine with loud city noises.
This guy is a charmer - he greets new people with gentle excitement and affection. Lovo aka Tuna is super smart and picks up new tricks and commands quickly, and his latest quest is to practice his leash walking in the city. He would be an A+ student in training class! Lovo loves to romp and wrestle with other dogs and would excel with a playmate that matches his rough and tumble style. Though he gets super excited during initial introductions, he does take corrections from other dogs well.
Lovo says OH NO! He has no idea who left him tied to a railing, but he is now ready to say OH YES to finding a new home where he is treated like family. He's such a good guy that all the volunteers want to spend time with him and one shared, "Lovo is a sweet and gentle boy who is very smart. He takes treats very nicely and quickly learns commands and tricks. He looks like a baby seal!" He is just an amazing, cuddly pup and he would love to meet you soon.
