Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there! I`m Dumpling, and I can`t wait for you to get to know me. I may be a little shy at first, but once I warm up to you, you`ll see what a sweet and affectionate girl I am. I absolutely love exploring new places and running around the yard. My tail wags almost constantly when I`m outside, and I`m always excited to make new friends. I may not be too interested in treats right now, but I`m more than happy to snuggle up with you and soak up all the pets and love you have to offer. I`m a gentle, sensitive soul who startles a bit at sudden noises, but I bounce back quickly. With your patience and kindness, I know I`ll come out of my shell and show you just how special I am. I`m full grown at ~49 lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Wake County Animal Center. **I will be spayed before I go home. I am currently living at the admission center - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!** ~My adoption fee is $120.00.~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
