Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tyra is a senior little adorable Yorkie girl. This brave girl was found wandering in South Salem and has since undergone surgeries to get her back to her best self. Now, she’s ready to find a loving, patient home where she can enjoy her golden years.
Tyra is a low-key lady who enjoys her quiet time, so if you're looking for a furry companion who doesn’t demand constant attention, Tyra could be the perfect fit. She walks well on a leash, making her a lovely partner for leisurely strolls. At home, she’s content to sleep in her bed in the kitchen, and while she’s not a barker during the day, she might let you know when she’s ready to start her morning.
Housebreaking is still a work in progress for Tyra, so she needs someone understanding and willing to work with her as she adjusts to a new routine. She is comfortable around other dogs, making her a good candidate for a multi-pet household. Tyra would do best in an adult-only home with someone who’s around often to keep her company but doesn’t expect her to be a constant lap dog.
Tyra would thrive whether it’s a house or an apartment, as long as she has a safe space to call her own. If you’re looking for a calm, low-maintenance companion who’s happy just being near you, Tyra might be the perfect match.
Are you the one to give Tyra her forever home? If so, she’s waiting to meet you!
