My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Martin and his siblings found themselves at the very small city shelter in Browning on the Rez and their lives were living in a straw bed. They came to TRACS at around 9 to 10 weeks of age and have been having fun here. They are now around 13 weeks of age and they are really wanting a good home now. Martin is the only male of the group and appears to be heeler or aussie or both. He is beautifully tri colored. He is about 10 pounds and he appears to be potentially 35-40 pounds as an adult. @ of his siblings are very tiny, but he seems to be twice their size. Maybe a different dad! He is a super nice guy and very friendly. Great with other dogs too. He is too young to neuter, so he will go out to a home in a foster to adopt basis, meaning he will be co owned by TRACS until he has his surgery done by his owner per the agreement. We do have to collect a check for $125 that we hold in the chart (per Montana law) as a guarantee that the surgery will be done with the $50 voucher we provide. His adoption fee includes 2 vaccines to date, a microchip, and the neuter voucher. He can be adopted for $200

Our adoption fees do vary depending on the animal and all pets go to new owners already spayed and neutered, vaccinated and wormed. All adopters are given a two week adoption trial with an exchange guarantee if the animal does not work out. We require a completed adoption application, which is on line on our website, and a signed care contract. All pets go out with a copy of their signed agreement and a copy of their medical record. Fees for adult cats are $60-75 and kittens are $75. Fees for dogs are $125 to $200 for adult mixed breed up to $300 for purebred, small dog puppies.
