Skittles is a beautiful female Lynx Point Siamese mix with striking blue eyes and a shy demeanor. She came to us after being raised in an overcrowded cat-hoarding situation with over 45 other cats. Because of her past, Skittles is understandably nervous and scared here at the shelter.
Skittles needs a patient and understanding home that respects her boundaries and allows her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She is cautious about being touched and prefers to keep her paws on the ground. She will thrive in a quiet environment with someone who can help her build confidence and trust through gentle love and encouragement.

Our cats and kittens go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccines, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.

Current programming such as our Adoption Program, Military Veterans’ Program, and Healing Paws Pet Therapy Program create positive, impactful connections between people and animals, improving the lives of both.
