From the Foster: Sundown/Kobe is a very laidback, affectionate, and cool-headed husky, one of a kind for his breed. He lounges around all over the house claiming any area as his own personal nap spot and loves to lie down in the funniest positions. Don’t underestimate him though, he loves to go outside on long walks and hikes and will give you a good cardio workout if you let him. He is very friendly with small children and cats, although sometimes he forgets how big he is when he wants to cuddle next to them. Overall, he is an amazing boy and will fit right in with any family who is willing to give him the loves he deserves.

Animal Care Services (ACS) does not accept online submission of adoption applications. All adoptions are on a first come, first served basis.

1. Tour the kennels and find a pet you’re interested in. The shelter staff can help you get acquainted with your new friend.
2. Bring in the family (even the four-legged members) to meet your prospective pet.
3. Once you've made a decision, head to the ACS Adoption Center to complete your adoption.
NOTE: Adoptions are processed 30 minutes prior to closing time.

We include the following services in the adoption fee:
Spay and neuter surgery
Lifetime registered microchip & tag
Rabies vaccination
Flea and tick prevention
First round of vaccinations
NOTE: Pets under the age of four months will need to be brought back to receive their rabies shots.
