Meet CAPONE, he is not nearly as tough as his name suggests. He is only a year old, weighs 62 lbs. and has already faced tough times on the street, and being alone. He is a gentle, smart, and affectionate guy who is looking for a home where his wonderful personality and demeanor shine through. He would do best in a home without cats and the dogs are his size. He will probably need your help in learning the house rules and maybe some other things, but remember, he is smart and so willing to please. Adopt Capone, and he will add nothing but positives to your life.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
