SPECIAL NEEDS DOG!

OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:
Alfredo is a happy fellow that can’t see very well. He will need someone to help navigate curbs when walking outside and walls when inside unfamiliar places. He’s otherwise a fantastic boy! He’s very friendly, loves attention and knows the sit command. He can get a little anxious if in an unfamiliar place and will let you know by whining (who can blame him? He can’t see well.) He’s treat-motivated and gentle when taking from your hand. He ignores the dogs here at the shelter; a meet and greet is recommended if you have another dog in your home. He doesn’t seem to mind cats.

Weighs 76 pounds; $25 to adopt.

The shelter is located just inside the North entrance to the Golden Spike Event Center off West Harrisville Road in Ogden, at 1373 North 750 West.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

We are open for Adoptions: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
