My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fred, a sweet 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever mix with a sleek black coat, a small white patch on his chest, and a hint of blue in his left eye. Fred is a playful and affectionate pup who loves to run around, snuggle in laps, and have fun with his sister (see the second picture).

Fred is not much of a barker, but he will let out a cheeky "awoo" if you're late with dinner. He has grown up alongside other dogs, and while he would certainly enjoy the attention of being an only dog, he would also thrive in a home with other dogs.

Having grown up as an outside dog, Fred is also house-trained and well-behaved indoors. He knows commands like "sit," "down," and "wait," although his "stay" could use a bit more practice. Fred is eager to please and quick to learn, making him a joy to train.

Fred loves going for walks and is accustomed to being on a leash and harness. If you're looking for an energetic and loving friend, Fred is the perfect choice.
