My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gooseberry is a stunning black male dog, exuding an air of elegance and grace. His sleek coat glistens like the deep hue of a ripe gooseberry, adding to his striking presence. With intelligent eyes that speak volumes and a friendly disposition, Gooseberry is a charming companion. His loyalty and affectionate nature make him an ideal furry friend for anyone looking for a devoted canine companion. Whether he's playfully bounding around or enjoying quiet moments by your side, Gooseberry's captivating personality is sure to win you over.

Gooseberry's base adoption price is $100, with an additional non-refundable charge of $50 for being neutered before coming into HHS's care. He was also vaccinated for rabies before he arrived as well. The total cost to adopt Gooseberry is $173.

All animals adopted from the Huron Humane Society receive a free vet visit from your choice of one of our three Alpena Veterinary clinic partners, as well as the peace of mind of knowing your new furry family member is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventative treatments.
