My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sammy, a gentle soul with a heart full of love. This adult cat is the epitome of a friendly companion. While he may seem a bit shy at first, give him a little time and he will warm up to you. Sammy has just joined our rescue family and is looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life. His calm demeanor and friendly nature make him a perfect companion for those seeking a low-key pet. Sammy's gentle purrs and soft nuzzles are sure to melt your heart. Adopt Sammy, not just because he needs a home, but because he has so much love to give. His friendly and shy nature is sure to bring a peaceful and loving atmosphere to your home.

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
