Asterin has had a rough start at life and is looking for a second chance to have the best life possible! She can be shy at first, especially to men, but when given some time to realize she is safe, she is such a love bug. She has a great happy-go-lucky personality despite her past. She does great with other dogs and likes to play. She is still a puppy, so she will need some training on basic things, but she is very willing to learn and treat motivated. Give this girl her final safe place where she can be happy girl!

Franklin County Humane Society Inc. operates Planned Pethood Clinic, a low cost spay/neuter facility. Our mission is to stop pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
