My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there! My name is Beba, and I’m a 4-year-old calico with a heart full of love just waiting to find my new forever home. My previous owner adored me, and I felt that love every day. Unfortunately, she became sick and could no longer care for me, which led me to this new chapter in my life. I’ve spent my time in a loving home with other cats, so I’m pretty adaptable and social. I enjoy being around my feline friends, but I absolutely love the attention from humans even more! I’m very affectionate—not shy at all about asking for cuddles or some playful pets. I’m on the lookout for someone who will cherish our time together, whether it’s lounging on the couch, playing with toys, or simply soaking up some sunshine by the window. I promise to fill your life with joy, companionship, and plenty of purrs. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet, loving kitty into your home, I’d love to meet you. Let’s create new memories together and form a bond that lasts a lifetime! For more information about me, please email info@frastx.org

More about this rescue

Friends of Rescue Animals (FRAs) is a 501(c)(3) all volunteer non-profit organization.  FRAs was founded in 2004 and started off with 4 volunteers that wanted to support the Rowlett Animal Shelter.

Our organization has grown to 400 volunteers supporting both the Rowlett Animal Shelter and the Garland Animal Shelter. With this growth now we are able to host multiple off-site adoption events, sponsor heartworm treatments program, operate our own cat rescue program, and so much more!
