Suki was rescued from the Palmdale shelter after she was turned in by her former owner with a broken leg. The shelter amputated her leg, but she needed a suture revision surgery once she became a Lovebug. All that is behind her now and she is onto better days!

Suki is a 2 year old, 40 lb Whippet mix who is a sweet and sensitive gal. She has been coming out of her shell more and more each day and we are seeing her silly playful side emerge. Suki loves going to walks and adventures now that she’s medically cleared. We’ve also learned that she LOVES playing fetch.

Suki has a tall and lean build and has adapted to being a tripod like nothing ever happened. She’s the ultimate velcro baby and is quite content soaking in all the lovies from her people. Suki gets along with other dogs and is friendly with the fosters dog savvy cats and rabbit in the house. Suki is pure love and going to make a wonderful addition to a family who has a soft spot for the tripods.

Suki's adoption fee is $350 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccines current, deworming and flea treatment. Apply at www.lovebugsrescue.org
