My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scar is a sweet boy but is still on the shyer side. He does well when he knows you but can be scared of new people and change. He really enjoys climbing and hanging out on his cat tree. He likes to observe everything from above and keep a close eye on what everyone is doing around the house. He likes to sleep in drawers and cuddle up on the softest blanket he can find. He also loves sleeping by the window and sunbathing. His favorite toys are wand toys and he can play with them all day long. He does well with other cats but would prefer a home with no dogs. Scar needs a low-key family who can be patient and understanding of the time it takes him to come out of his shell and feel comfortable. Once he does, it will be so worth it. Please say that you will open your home and heart up to this amazing guy, he is in need of a forever family and is hoping to join yours soon.

Additional adoption info

We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
