My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Pepper! As a puppy, I’m full of energy and curiosity. My foster parents tell me I’m an attennative boy, so I would likely be pretty good at following you around the house. They say I’m very playful, smart and overall a GREAT time. I’m an incredibly friendly dog, and I love to give kisses for pets in return. I’m a confident pup with an eagerness to make new friends whether they’re dogs or humans. I’m looking for a forever home that can give me lots of love and attention. As a Catahoula mix, it’s important to keep me stimulated mentally and physically, but you can expect me to be loyal for life. I’m still young, so I would love a family who can teach me new things and help me grow into the best boy there is. If you are looking for a sweet, playful, and curious pup, I’m the one for you. More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
