My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rashida is a friendly and playful young dog with plenty of energy and lots of love to give! She's an affectionate free spirit who loves to run around and play, but she's also not opposed to lounging around on the couch all day (in fact, she's an expert cuddler!). Rashida is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a furry friend who can keep up with an active lifestyle or provide some much-needed comfort on a lazy day. She's an incredibly loyal pup who will always be by your side, no matter what. She has mastered her potty training and basic house manners, so despite her mysterious past, it’s clear that she was raised in a home. Rashida is a social butterfly and gets along with other dogs, so she's sure to make new friends in her new home. If you're ready to welcome this sweet and sprightly pup into your life, please submit an application to meet Rashida!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
