My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miley (aka Smiley Miley, Sweet Miley Mae) and her baby Finn (Finagen when hes being ornery, which is often!).

Miley is approximately two years old and weighs 68 lbs. She was dropped off at the pound while pregnant with Finn. Miley has been in foster care since July 1st. She does not like other dogs (besides Finn) and seems to think cats are evil. She will need to be in a home with no other animals, unless she is adopted with Finn. Miley has worked hard with a trainer since being in foster care and has learned a lot! She knows many commands and has shown great improvement with her manners on walks. Rico is willing to provide a couple of sessions with Mileys trainer when she is adopted! Mileys favorite pastimes include cuddling, giving kisses, and laying in the sunshine. She is learning what toys are and will trot around with stuffed toys when shes happy. Miley loves people and has done well with kids during interactions with them.

Finn was born on June 25th. At 8 weeks he weighed 22 lbs so he is already a big boy! Finns favorite pastimes include aggravating his mother and removing socks from feet. Finn loves running around with toys and exploring the yard. He is full of life and smiles as much as his mom. Finn has not yet been exposed to any animals other than Miley.

Miley and Finn would do well in a home together but could be adopted separately if necessary. If interested in meeting or adopting these two, please apply at ricopetrecovery.org

Adoption fee for Miley is $250
