My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

  • This handsome boy is Hephaestus. Or Heph for short!
  • Heph is in a bit of a bind and needs our help! He was found as a stray in very poor condition. He was malnourished, had skin infections that have been treated. The couple that took him in has cared for his skin and helped him gain some weight.
  • Heph now needs a foster ASAP. His current caretakers have to move and Heph is unable to come along.
  • You can tell by looking at his sweet face that he is a calm, loving boy. He is 55 pounds and will be neutered as soon as his skin is done healing. He is approximately a year old. He has been fine with other dogs and really enjoys being with humans.
  • Please consider helping us help Heph!

  • Apply to foster at ricopetrecovery.org.
