Meet Philly! She is a 7 year old Rottie, aka Teddy Bear. She is the sweetest girl! She is very affectionate, loves belly rubs, and back scratches. She loves car rides and long walks. Philly has been around children small and big her whole life and absolutely loves them. She also has been around cats, dogs, and other animals her whole life and makes friends with them all! She knows basic commands and has been trained as a service dog but not formally used as one. She is just the best dog ever truly one of a kind.
