Meet the uniquely beautiful Gimli II, a 10 month old 12 pound sweet boy looking for his happily ever! Gimli is young, full of bouncing puppy energy, and eager to learn new things! Before coming to rescue, he enjoyed chasing cars which is how he found his way to us when the finder discovered his owner was losing their home and he needed a new place to go. Gimli II is still learning life in a home as he lived outside so house training is a work in progress, but he's getting the idea quickly. He will require a securely fenced yard to burn of his energy in, and an active family who can keep up with him! He could definitely be a performance pom with agility or FastCat because he has the speed and drive to do amazing things in his life. Gimli loves other young dogs, but he can be a bit much for older dogs with his energy level. Will you give this guy the life he dreams of? A thorough application of questions is completed by all potential adopters.

Interview

We have a standard telephone interview that is conducted after an applicant passes our vet reference.

3.
Home Check

Homes are checked by an approved volunteer for safety, cleanliness, and ability to care for the new pet.

Additional adoption info

We do require all potential adopters to pass a vet reference. The applicant must have all current pets spayed or neutered, consistent vaccinations and yearly exams, as well as yearly heart worm prevention
