My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bean Sprout is a very lovely, gentle boy! This little boy loves loving and will give you happy headbutts from the moment you meet him. He is as mild-mannered as they come and is completely content being around his people. His other talents include flopping down dramatically to asking for pets, purring like crazy from getting pets, and making biscuits because he's happy he's getting pets. Can you tell this boy loves pets?! Even if he is more than 10 years old, he loves chasing feather toy, and wand bee is his favorite.

Bean Sprouts has diabetes. This means his body has trouble regulating his blood sugars on its own and he requires some medication. Bean Sprouts gets insulin shots twice a day to help manage this. He handles these shots like a champ and the shots are very easy to give once you get the hang of it!

Bean Sprouts is a very special kitty who's just looking for love. Apply to meet Bean Sprouts today at www.tenthlifecats.org/adopt!

More about this rescue

Tenth Life's Mission:
Giving cats the lives they deserve.
At Tenth Life, we believe that every cat, regardless of emotional or physical limitations, deserves the chance at a fulfilling and happy life.
We provide veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement to stray cats and kittens, prioritizing those with special needs. We work to end unnecessary euthanasia and cat homelessness through educational outreach, community programs, and collaborative partnerships.

Only when a trusted veterinarian determines that a cat is in a state of incurable suffering, does Tenth Life relieve them of their pain through gentle and humane euthanasia. This difficult and thoughtful decision is never made in response to a lack of space, negative behaviors, or because a cat's medical needs are challenging or expensive.

To learn more about some of the cats we prioritize, visit our website, www.tenthlifecats.org. Thank you!
