My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wayne is a cute 3-month old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 7, 2024 along with his companions (Bear and Smokey) by a Good Samaritan who found them at a campground near Marietta Ohio.

Wayne has a white-and-orange short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable kitten face with green/gold eyes, a gray velvet nose, and long gray whiskers.

This little guy was more interested in continuing his 'cat naps' than posing for photos when he arrived, so we look forward to taking updated photos of Wayne when he is ready to venture into our studio for his 'big boy' pictures.

Wayne was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on August 10, 2024. He weighed 3.5 lbs that day.

Wayne will be neutered before being adopted by his new family (a requirement for HSOV adoptions to be finalized). Wayne is currently available for rescue.

Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.

UPDATE: Wayne was neutered on September 17, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 4.9 lbs that day.
