Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOR ADOPTION: LARRY is a super sweet 1 year old male looking for his special Forever family. This fun fella came into our care as a young kitten with his large family group. Unfortunately a few of his siblings and half siblings became quite sick with a non-contagious genetic disease and we lost them. After consulting with experts in this disease from all over Canada we made a plan for how to handle the siblings who may or may not have carried the same genetic markers. We’ve now reached the point where we can confidently say that these remaining siblings are healthy and able to head into their forever homes. We will happily further discuss this genetic disease that effected some of the siblings with any successful applicants. Larry is looking for a family that wants a good mix of snuggles and play. He is friendly and comfortable with people of all ages but is often overshadowed by his more demanding brothers. Larry would love to step out of their shadow and into the arms of a loving family. He is very even keel with the other cats being neither dominant or submissive and he has briefly lived with a calm and gentle large dog while in foster care. Larry’s easy going nature should make him very easy to settle in with most family dynamics. Larry is quite happy indoor only and we would like him to continue in that lifestyle, possibly with a catio to lounge safely inside. Larry is not well equipped to keep himself from predators and other outdoor dangers. He is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control.
