Lemon Loaf is an expert hunter. Once a wand toy is within his sights, you'll see him quickly get into position - body low to the ground, butt wiggling, then POUNCE. He won't give up either, he'll spend ages chasing wand toys back and forth, doing acrobatics and getting plenty of air time to ensure his prey is captured.

He would do great in a home that will play with him often. He does really well with other cats too. He's still learning how to show all his affection but you can often find him sitting nearby or even in your lap. He needs some patience when it comes to cuddling and petting but if you're patient he will get there.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.

Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
