Meet Jelly, a sweet, gentle, and loving 7-year-old short-haired tortie searching for her furrever home. She was rescued into a home with two other cats and a toddler, and would feel much more comfortable in a quieter home as the only cat. Jelly currently has her own space away from the other cats and feels much more at ease, playful, and like herself.

Though she may be shy at first, Jelly loves the company of adults, and will gladly roll over and let you scratch her belly once she is comfortable. She also likes head and neck scratches. She loves treats, ribbon toys, her scratching post, and toy mice. She also loves to sit in the window and watch the birds and squirrels outside.

Jelly will be happiest in a calmer, quiet environment with no younger children. She would also prefer to be an only cat who can soak up all of the love and attention from her new family.

A meet and greet will be arranged with the pet's foster parent and your family.

Sign Adoption Contract

After meeting the pet, fill out our Adoption Agreement if you wish to proceed with the adoption: www.arrcolorado.org

5.
Pay Fee

Pay the pet's adoption fee online by clicking here: www.arrcolorado.org

6.
Take the Pet Home

After we receive your completed Adoption Agreement and you have paid your adoption fee, your new pet may go home with you.

Home Check

A home visit will be coordinated within one week of adoption.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies pulls abandoned dogs and cats from shelters and places them in loving foster homes until their forever homes are found. Our philosophy is that each pet deserves a loving home and a long, healthy, happy life. We do everything in our power to ensure pets receive the training, veterinary care, and loving attention needed.

Our Cat Casita in Fairplay, CO houses adoptable cats in a cage-free cat "playroom" - visitors are welcome to stop by and meet our cats anytime during open hours. The Cat Casita is located downstairs at High Paw Pet Supply, 503 Hwy. 285, Fairplay, CO (719) 836-4909.

Our Just Cats "Cat Cottage" is located in Denver at 7150 Leetsdale Drive, Denver, 80224 where adoptable cats enjoy a cage-free adoption room. Call 720-235-2724.
