My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Citrus was living alone in an abandoned house with no doors or windows. We trapped her, and she got very upset.

Citrus was growling for many many days, and did not allow any handling. She finally came around to trust us, and is now a loving sweetheart.

Citrus wants an understanding foster-to-adopt home, who wants to baby her.

She is estimated to be 2-4 years old, and a mix between English Bulldog and Boxer.
Citrus has a classic cautious and disapproving yet personable English Bulldog personality, and the silly play style of a Boxer.

We are looking for a household without children for Citrus. Leashed walks are fine, she does not require a fenced in yard.

Citrus has dog friends at the shelter - but incorporating her into a home dynamic with other dogs will take weeks. If you are up for it, we can discuss.

We cover all needed vet care. The adoption fee is $275.
