My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

John Doe came in as a stray last month and since then has made friends with the entire staff. He loves to play and cuddle. He doesn`t pull too much on his leash, but could definitely use a refresher course on walking manners. He has the cutest black spots all over his back! This sweetheart is also a sucker for a belly rub! John has also shown interest in playing with some of the other dogs.

Here is what an HHS volunteer wrote about John Doe after a Fido Field Trip to Colonial Williamsburg:
`He couldn`t find just the right hat at Tarpley`s, but he was enthralled with the sheep down the road! He was a great walking companion and interested in every human and dog that passed by. He gave his `sweet puppy dog` look to everyone, and stopped people in their tracks who came back and gave him extra pets. John Doe was a well mannered passenger in the car, and is an all-around great companion! Please come visit him soon!`
