Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lizzo, the 16-week-old, 14-pound Poodle mix with a dash of Old English Sheepdog flair! If you're looking for a bundle of joy wrapped in fluff, Lizzo’s your girl. This little lady is basically the canine equivalent of a glitter bomb—she’s adorable, full of energy, and guaranteed to leave a trail of smiles wherever she goes.
This little bundle of fluff waltzed into our lives after finding herself at the shelter, and we’re so glad she did! Lizzo is a veritable ball of energy, bouncing from toy to toy like a caffeinated kangaroo. If her cuteness were a sport, she’d be in the Olympics, and the judges would be giving her perfect scores. She may not have mastered leash walking yet (right now, it’s more of a “chew on the leash and wiggle” situation), but she makes up for it with her enthusiasm for life. Think of her as a living, breathing reminder that every day is an adventure waiting to happen.
Lizzo is your go-to gal for all things active and exciting. Hiking? Absolutely! Fetch? Not yet—she’s still perfecting the art of “let’s play with every toy at once.” Car rides might have been a bit of a rollercoaster at first, but with some cuddles, she’s turning into a pro road-tripper. And when it comes to other dogs, she’s all about the playdate, though she might occasionally need a little reminder that not everyone shares her boundless enthusiasm. Her ideal day includes running around with her fellow canines, playing with squeaky toys, and generally living life with the kind of zeal usually reserved for puppies who have just discovered that humans are their personal cheerleaders. Not only does Lizzo adore people (and kids—she's practically a tiny cheerleader for her human friends), but she’s also a fan of water and can often be found trying to help with the poultry... by jumping into the duck pools instead. Yes, she’s that dog who thinks every puddle is a party. Lizzo’s feelings on cats? Well, let’s just say she sees them as potential playmates with a lot of mysterious allure. She hasn’t had much experience with them yet, but she’s definitely interested in discovering whether they might join her in her playful escapades. Expect a lot of enthusiastic attempts to befriend any feline friends, and perhaps a few sprints in their direction with her trademark zest. She’s got a lot of love to give, and with a bit of guidance, she might just win them over!
Despite her high-octane lifestyle, Lizzo has a heart of gold. She’s a cuddler at bedtime, and if you’re looking for someone to help you recover from a storm (or just a tough day), she’s your girl. She’s still working on her potty training but is making great strides, and she’s mastered the art of being a crate-trained champ.
Lizzo isn’t just looking for any home—she’s on the hunt for one that matches her vibrant spirit. Whether you have other dogs, kids, or just a whole lot of love to give, Lizzo is ready to soak it all up. Just be prepared: she’ll be the first to greet you, and you might need to hang on tight as she bounces into your life with her full force of enthusiasm.
So, if you’re ready for a life filled with puppy antics, endless energy, and an adorable face that could make even the grumpiest person smile, come meet Lizzo. She’s here to turn your everyday into an adventure—and she’s ready to make you her forever hero!
